reflection, and skill-building through mindfulness,

expressive arts, movement, and connection-focused

activities.

This retreat offers a safe, supportive space for couples and co-parents to strengthen their relationships through guided conversations, reflective activities, and practical tools for communication and emotional safety. The day weaves together mindfulness, relational repair exercises, and time for connection so participants leave with renewed understanding, hope, and skills for building healthier family dynamics.

Building emotional literacy, boundaries, and self-awareness through art, movement, and peer connection.

Designed especially for teens, this retreat blends creative expression, movement, and honest conversations about self-esteem, boundaries, and emotional literacy. With a focus on real-life relationships—friendships, dating, and family—the day offers interactive activities, small group circles, and skill-building workshops to help teens navigate relationships with confidence and kindness.

Burnout recovery and renewal for therapists, wellness providers, and community support professionals.

A restorative day for therapists, wellness providers, educators, and community helpers to step away from the demands of caregiving and tend to their own well-being. Through calming body-based practices, reflective journaling, and facilitated group connection, participants gain tools for preventing burnout, healing secondary trauma, and sustaining their capacity to care for others.

Created for teachers and school staff, this retreat offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with purpose. The day includes trauma-informed self-care practices, creative stress-relief activities, and small group discussions designed to build nervous system resilience and reignite the joy of teaching. Educators leave with practical strategies for balancing personal well-being with the demands of their profession.​​
